Because we value our trusted relationship with you, your privacy is protected. Here is how we do it:

  1. We never share your customer information with any other businesses.
  2. We never share your customer information with any other persons.
  3. Only one person at Polaris Hatchery has access to the Customer Database.
  4. Your customer information is stored on secure servers that are remotely located and professionally managed.
  5. Our online and tap/swipe point-of-sale transactions are structured so that we never have access to your credit/debit card numbers. Only the third-party payment processor has access to that information.
  6. Our Point of Sale manual transactions never store your card info after processing.
  7. We use Norton Security products for all of our devices that access the internet.
  8. We lock or log out all of our devices when we are not directly using them.
  9. We use secure, long, random passwords for all of our devices.
  10. We will only send ONE Marketing Message to you at the start of each season unless you have "Opted-In" for email or SMS messaging on your account.
  11. In an effort to make sure that all of your customer information is up-to-date, we will send you one message per year specifically asking you to verify and update your account.
  12. If you have "Opted-In" for email or SMS messaging on your account, we will limit our Marketing messages to you to a maximum of one per week.
